Yesterday I hiked in the woods about an hour before daylight and got setup on a huge new scrape I found. I was on a rock looking down the side of a mountain overlooking a nice flat with a good trail. About 20 minutes after daylight I heard a commotion behind right where I walked in. I turned around and three coyotes followed my scent drag in and came barrelling over the hill on my same path I walked in earlier - coming right at me. Two of them got with in 15-20 yards on either side of me and then one stopped broadside at ~60 yds right in front of me. I couldn't let him go. I wish I had the AR with me. It would have been fun times.

Good awareness, very true about having a semi-auto in a situation like that...definitely has made a number of pig hunts more interesting when you have an AR in your hands.
