I really think that Auburns going to go after that pass so hard and cover deep that they will open up the run all day. I think you will see short runs and short quick passes, they will chip away and keep Auburn on the bench.

Dang if I'm picking against them. They haven't shown me anything that would make me think they can lose. They play hard. They have good coaches. They never give up. They take advantage of any gift, miracle, or opportunity they have and turn it into points. Hold on now! I didn't say I was pulling for them. And like you, the only thing that covers this shining dome of a head is a Bama or Mississippi State hat (OK, maybe a Drake waterfowl too!). I'm just saying I think they are going to win. It won't be a blow out because FSU has the only defense that has more NFL prospects on it than Alabama. If we couldn't stop em, maybe they can.

I do think Jimbo will do what Alabama didn't to and that is pass! Our wideouts are bigger and better than AU's secondary and we were not effective in using them. FSU won't make that mistake. FSU has wide receivers that are as good if not better than Bama. Expect Jamison to have a hell of a game. But in the end, AU finds a way to pull it out. Especially if Marshall hangs on to the ball and passes effectively.

I may take some heat from fellow fans but as a Bammer, I will admit I think it's pretty cool that the NC trophy will reside within the state of Alabama for 5 years in a row. Just didn't expect AU to be the team to keep the streak going.

Either way, Alabama will end up #2 in the nation. I'll take that a month from national signing day and head into next season with a head of steam. Also Jimbo will have a month to prepare for that Offense with no distractions and other games. FSUs Dbs are very good, expect a lot of man to man down the field with some zone coverage upfront. 8 in the box most of the game. No one can match up and constantly stop Kelvin Benjamin and he will get his.
