13 DR. STRICKLAND: In my motion,
14 there was no room for -- there was no
15 concern with tagging. Did you
16 understand what -- I want the board to
17 understand that that motion did not
18 include tags.
19 MR. CHAIRMAN: Okay, no tags.
20 DR. STRICKLAND: No tags. I just
21 wanted to make sure you understand.
22 MR. COLES: To clarify where I
23 was coming from and to maybe redirect
1 some of what you said, I would say
2 leave it up to these guys to decide
3 the implementation process, if any.
4 DR. STRICKLAND: Actually, I'm
5 against tagging.
