I honestly can't see a way for Auburn to beat Bama if bama is on their game. However, if they come in flat or if AU gets a couple of early breaks, AU could make a game out of it. x2 I'm tickled to death with the season AU's had, but I don't think they'll be able to win if Bama plays well...I believe it'll be close, but Bama will pull it out. My prediction is Bama 34-24

Auburn has had one hell of a season and Gus needs to get Coach of the Year for sure. He has brought them from one of their worst seasons ever to one of their best. This will be an Iron Bowl of Iron Bowls for sure.
However, Auburn is just too one-sided on offsense to me. I think our corners will be able to cause some rushed passes, which will be picked off. I think turnovers will be BIG in this game. I'm hoping that Bama can handle the ball better than we have been the last few games.
I think Auburn will be the first to score and I think it will be close at the half, maybe 3-4 points either way. Third quarter Bama will make some good adjustments and will begin to pull away. Bama up by 7 to 10 at the end of the third, and wins by 21.
Final score: Auburn 27 - Bama 48

Football games like this can be won or lost on emotion and intensity. If Alabama doesn't match Auburn's intensity early in the game I could see a scenario where auburn gets up by a couple scores and Bama has to fight to get back in it. This is the only way I see it being a close game. Alabama will load the box with 8 or 9 guys, play tight coverage and make NM or JJ try to throw over the top. I think they will make a few plays this way, but not enough to win. And they aren't going to run for 300 yards, so I say........

I know both teams always play this game hard and it being at home for the barn they will be really motivated but a one dimensional team is all they are. When the Georgia game was on the line Marshall looked panicked, that TD throw was way under thrown into double coverage. Greedy Bulldogs went for INT instead of doing what they are coached to do and slap it to the ground.
