You just think it is OK for YOUR dog to run around RUINING other peoples enjoyment of THEIR property...which they pay mortgages , taxes, improvements, planting food plots, maintaining...and GUESS WHAT??? IT IS NOT OK! its your IRRESPONSIBILITY thats gets you dang dog shot. IT IS YOUR FAULT!

Just look at some of the posts and complaining about people legally hunting squirrels, birds, etc on WMAs and other Public Land!!!!
And what the heck difference does it make how much money you pay and how much you enjoy QDMA? Does that mean the guy that just gets permission to hunt a small plot for free and shoots the 1st legal deer he sees for fun and venison has less Rights than people who pay more, or have more?

This is a problem that is only getting worse. People who think THEIR Rights are more important than the Rights of others!!



Nope never said that it did matter if someone near me shoots smaller deer. BUT I HAVE THE RIGHT TO ENJOY MY PROPERTY THAT I PAY FOR...not his dog!
I never said he would be hunting someone elses property either But for his dog to get shot it would be HUNTING quail on someones elses property.
And for HIM to go over there with a FIREARM in his possession the CHARGE would be hunting without permission..as being on someone elses property with a firearm carries that charge.

I could care less about people hunting squirrels rabbits quail or bigfoot on WMAs or other property they have PERMISSION to be on..I just think for people to complain when their DOGS are on others property ids the problem.

I think ALL OF OUR RIGHTS are equally important...my right is to the enjoyment of MY property. His and his dogs is to HIS property..NOT MINE!


Okay, I even went back and revised my post so that people would not be confused. Obviously that did not work. I DO NOT HUNT MY DOG ON OTHER PEOPLES PROPERTY. I HUNT ON QUAIL PRESERVES AND WMA's! I HAVE AS MUCH OF A RIGHT TO HUNT WOODCOCK AND QUIAL IN A WMA AS A PERSON HUNTING DEER! IF MY DOG WERE SHOT BY SOMEONE HUNTING DEER ON THE PRESERVE OR WMA IT WOULD NOT END WELL.


No one would expect you to put up with stuff like that. I would bet that the shoot on sight dog shooter is very very rare, about 99% that will shoot a dog only do so when pushed into it because there is no other way to end the aggravation.
