If your neighbor has livestock, and they get out of the fence and come over on your land......hunting or not. Do you shoot it. A few cows could mess up your hunt. Gonna kill them?
I wouldn't shoot a dog unless I thought it was going to harm me.
Had about 10 cows of a neighbors get across the river on us in december ate all our fields etc finally we all helped catch them it took 3 weeks. One would not get in catch pen and neighbor said alright i got the ones I need. shoot the other and I will pay to have it butchered for you so we did and he did and all were happy
