100% correct . lots of people simply have no paticence or tolerence for other peoples dogs being on their land or lease. this is not going to change. many people WILL NOT put up with other peoples dogs running around on their property. all i can say is if you are going to shoot someones dog you should at least make sure that you kill it DRT. it is simply awful to let some loving dog owner or child have their dog come home shot! if you do you must be prepared to deal with the consequences of your actions!
