In my urban spot just off a swamp. Listening to the sound of traffic on 119. Had a bobcat and yote walk by. Yote caught me drawing back. Dang.

I'm in the Horse Shoe Field on the edge of a stand of mature pines and a 6 year old cutover. I'm in the stand Emmit killed his out of a couple of days ago. I let a 70# doe walk just after daybreak. Had her at 10 yards. It's my birthday, I'm ready to kill something.

Hiked in to a new set. 75 yards off a pasture on a transition from pines to hardwoods. Bucks only this morning. Good luck all.
