Find the property on Google Earth. Print the screen, you now have a fairly up to date mape of your property.

He doesn't give me or my 2 other friends that joined reasons for not giving them to us. I was in the same club for 25 years but I couldn't afford 1500 dollars a year. This club doesn't have a peg board or anything for hunters to mark the area they are hunting. It's just like hunting on management land. Is it possible to take over a lease if the current president is found unfit and he poses danger to the other hunters?

Is the president Initials DP? What part of county is it in? I would think he would have all the names posted so everyone could prove they are legal, unless he don't want to charge for any guest and slip people in.

So it didn't occur to you or your buds to find out a little bit about how the club operates before handing over your money? Was there any requirement/agreement for him to provide maps and was the cost covered in your dues?

How does he expect you to know the property lines? This is insane and yet another reason why I don't do clubs anymore. Especially cheap ones.

First of all, i appreciate your service. Always get a list of the rules and maps before joining a club. If they can't provide you with that, then hold on to your money and keep looking. I've never liked large clubs. Find a lease, and lease it yourself, along with like minded friends. You've already paid, so try and make the best of it this year. You can find aerial photos. You may have paid to hunt 1000 acres, and might only have 300. Without a map, there's no way of knowing.
