okay, now if I have a few ten round mags only loaded with five rounds is that okay? I dont think that would be legal. Might check the DCNR website for factual info but I would really think the answer is no. I have a 5rd limiter that fits a Pmag 20rd magazine. It goes in the bottom of the magazine and only allows 5 to fit. Someone may make a 5rd mag but I'm not sure or not.
