I have notice that when there is a lot of acorns I don't see a lot of deer. I think that when there are a lot of acorns the deer can go any where and find some. I have tried to fertilize a tree or two in the spring but it don't help. But when there are a few acorn I see a lot more deer. What you think?

More available food = less movement to find food, pretty much that simple. Bumper crop of acorns shouldn't be that big of a problem, change tactics and keep huntin'.

Find the acorns that the bucks are eating under. Oaks in thick cover will be a good place to start.
