I have always thought that packs of coyotes probably kill adult deer but I was a bit shocked to see a lone coyote taking on an adult deer. Not sure if the deer got away but I have 3 pictures of the coyote hanging off the back of the deer and the deer did not make it to far during the 3 shot burst. That picture pretty much represents the problem I face on my club except it is multiplied by the fawn mortality due to the bears also..... I can not do anything about the bears, but I try to kill every yote I see!
