So the facts of this case are the Administration of the University of Alabama, along with help from a undisclosed pro scout agent is paying players to play right. Just want to get the facts straight.

Really? The payer was a coach = administration The payee was a player = pay to play. Thats how its going to look when the NCAA does there investigation.
Thats going to be the difference between this and the Johnny football deal.

with all the recent crap that has came out about bama this isn't the best thing that can happen. The NCAA will be looking around for sure now

They know that a NCAA investigation is looming and they needed to do there investigation first. Finding this for themselves and reporting it will or should make the University look better once the NCAA completes theres. I would say difference in probation but FSU self reported online cheating and had to vacate wins. So who knows, the best thing going for Alabama is Sabans friends in the NCAA.

Read an article that says this wont be much of a big deal since the money was paid back. Bama being forthcoming about it will help. article said the penalty would probably be a show clause against the coach and several game suspension for HaHa. They referenced past incidents and penalty for the same type situation.

the worst thing for Bama is their repeat offender status and being on probation or just coming off of it from their last attempt of going around the rules

The only problem Bama could have with this is if they knew about it before HHCD played in any games. If not, then they've done what they're suppose to do.

The only problem Bama could have with this is if they knew about it before HHCD played in any games. If not, then they've done what they're suppose to do. With the fluker crap and this, and rumors that players parents getting a nice apartment on the lake during home games to watch their kids play is awfully interesting. Add in Trent's new vehicles, mom living in b'ham all while they're poor before he came to bama. Then you have T-town menswear... I remember every bama fan busting Auburn for cheating with Newton, now that the NCAA is looking at bama and it's "no big deal"

Personally I believe the NCAA has seen their run coming to an end and are real lax on penalizing institutions now. it's not good business to penalize the big money making institutions and heisman front runners/winners. I think the amount plays into it as well $200 is nothing compared to the thousands Reggie Bush got. I bet half of the stud ball players on every top 10 team get that much in those special after the game handshakes.

You guys really crack me up. I am not saying it was the smartest move by the asst. coach, but c'mon it was $200 that was repayed. Far from being a pay-to-play issue.
Saban will show more balls suspending Dix than Sumlin did by sitting Manziel for a half. You do realize that A&M and the NCAA have set a precedence with the way that was handled.

1-3 game suspension. Not really a big deal since Bama doesn't play even a semi-respectable team in October.

The problem with this to me is that it was an actual COACH on staff paid by the U of A, not an agent. If he loaned out $200 this time who knows what he may loan out in the future or already has. Just a real bad situation honestly. There's a lot of question marks about the whole story really, but I doubt the NCAA does anything for reasons already mentioned.
