This is the flip side of having a high talent level. There are teams out there that wish they had agent problems. I just hope Saban stays on top of this although I don't see how. You can't watch them all 24/7/365.
If he doesn't want to watch them, set an example of Dix and kick him off the team. That would make most think twice. I doubt that's the message he wants to send to players or recruits though
