The tiny tick u found is a nymph,which carries most of the tick born diseases. Lyme disease is common in Alabama!!! Deer, lone star and gulf coast ticks are everywhere in Alabama this year and are carrying several rickettsial diseases that can be prevented if the tick has just latched on. Contact your physician and ask to be treated prophylactically!!!!!! ASAP
