Yeah, I think what she did was dumb and I dang sure wouldn't want my daughter idolizing her these days, but I am betting most of us did some pretty dumb crap back in the day, too, that we sure wouldn't want our kids to see or know about. The only big difference is that ours wasn't broadcast on national TV. Can you imagine if it had been?
IDOT, I don't blame you a bit for getting highly wound up about your daughter wanting to twerk. She is way too young for all that. She will, however, continue to grow up and there will be many more things you will get worked up about. Girls are way tougher to deal with as pre-teens and teens IMO.
