If you get caught hunting within X feet of corn and the corn is NOT on your property, I 100% believe you could fight it in court and win that case. You're NOT supposed to be on the adjoining property so how could you know?
I don't think a legitimate GW would not write a ticket for such unless he or she saw you place the corn there or know that you had knowledge of the corn's existence.
