I'm working on it as a goal, but not sure I'll be ready for that one. Lots of folks I know are doing them, looks like a ton of fun.

I did the warrior dash last year, it was a really good experience, finished in less than 40 min. There were some people who had no business out there trying to run this race, it was petty comical.
Well, the way I see it is there's just too many assholes

Everyone has business trying to run a race like that. Some should try to prepare better, but frankly I don't care if they finish dead last. Just finish and put forth the effort rather than sitting on the couch.
Just my feelings on the matter. I'm working on it, but I can hardly work a gas petal right now with this pain. I'm hoping it's just a charley horse and will be o'k after a day or two. I've been babying it when running the last week or so, yesterday it just went out like someone hit it with YE's stick.

It's not solely a race. If it were, or is, then they should put qualification times or mandates on it. Then their numbers would decline and they don't want that.
