If you have known a guy for many years and he won't let you shoot a hog on his place then obviously he doesn't feel as close to you as you do to him. Any of my friends are welcome to shoot hogs on our land and have done so on many occasions. The thing I find ridiculous is the notion espoused by many that I can't complain about a hog problem unless I let anyone that wants to hunt our land.

In my case I can't figure out why a hunting club that has members that pay to kill deer and turkeys don't want any members that would pay to kill pigs but they still whine about having them. No I can't pay 2,000 dollars a year to hunt deer at these places but I would think that if these clubs had a problem with pigs and someone offered them 500 dollars a year to only hunt pigs from February to march and may through October they would jump on it. I know if someone offered my club 500 dollars to only hunt coyotes we would be more than happy to let him kill every freakin coyote he could shoot or trap.

Ride down here in sept/oct and I'll show you how to catch a speckled trout inbetween shooting pigs from the boat.
