Killed a Copperhead in my friends back yard last night! They live in Montgomery over by Gunter, and no where near the woods, houses all around them... it was about 18-20 inches long. I have a picture of it on my phone but can't figure out how to post it..  Here's one me and my wife saw on a road at our lease recently. We didn't see any need to kill him.  I use Photobucket to share pictures here. Beautiful snake. I give them a free pass with the only exception is them being around the house. Then they have to die.
