I need something within a couple hours of Athens/Huntsville that opens March 15th. The closer the better of course. I don't mind paying for a full membership just to turkey hunt a place as long as it has birds on it. What do ya'll have available. TN or AL, I just need more property before next year.

We have great turkey hunting on our leases. Our members took 12 birds off of just 2 of our properties in Winston and Marion counties. We're about to add another 1280 acres in Marion Co that's got plenty of birds too. Turkey only memberships are $600 and you have access to all properties. Season opens March 15 in Marion Co., April 1 in Winston. There are only 5-6 turkey hunters in the club currently.

The 1280 acres Im about to lease is off of Hwy 43 7 miles south of Hackleburg and 5 miles north of Hamilton. Our 268 acre tract is on the Buttahatchee River just south of Hwy 278 in the Whitehouse/Pearces Mill area between Hwy 129 and Hwy 253..that tract yielded 5 birds, remote area and birds are not pressured. We also have a 45 acre tract in Thornhill a few miles SW of Haleyville. It's a bowhunting tract..turkeys in the area but small tract. The 1376 acre tract in Winston Co is 6 miles south of Double Springs in the Black Pond area off of Co Rd 8 at Smith Lake. We took 7 birds from that property this past season.
