My 2011 6.7 with 85K on it has been good so far but let me say this for what it is worth. I travel 50-75K miles a year and tow my camper of 12K pounds with it pretty often. The numbers do not add up any more. To own a diesel you need to pull 10K pounds plus all the time to justify it. The up front cost, insurance, maintenance, fuel, and repairs are all substantially higher on a diesel. The new 6.2 gas motor ford has out is strong. I have a friend that just bought one. He can do 2 oil changes for what it cost me to do 1. Fuel is on average 50 cents a gallon cheaper, the up front cost was about 8K less, and he doesn't have to add DEF. OK yes he gets 13-15mpg empty and I get 16-17 but for the cost difference listed above you can buy a TON of gas. He has pulled his tractor (about 11K pounds) with it and he was very impressed. He said sure it ain't the diesel but I ain't in a race towing either. After I wear this one out I am going to a gas 3/4 ton. From your description I would give it a good look.
