At 5 pm yesterday, my brother and I became the proud owners of A & H Equipment in Albertville. We will be moving our existing business, Ironworks of Alabama, to this location and will be merging the two businesses into one shop. A & H has been in operation for 47 years. Their primary business is repairing and rebuilding bulk feed trailers. We will continue to do that and also will now offer steel, aluminum and stainless fabrication from this location. Our customer base ranges from multi million dollar businesses to the guy down the road.

Congrats on the new business. Speaking of the 'farmer down the road', I need an aluminum plug welded into the aluminum block of a garden tiller engine.......but I'm not a farmer

Thanks man, I figured with the clarification of the deer feeding/baiting law, we could start selling one bin feed bodies to mount on 4WD trucks! BTW, we do hopper bottom repair in case you know anyone who has one.

I have welded regular cast, but never aluminum cast. If you can find someone who has done it, go that route. If not, I'll give it a try, I'll just have to find the right kind of rod to use. Worse case scenario, you'll have some scrap aluminum.
