I think the powerhead is bad. Prop is in great shape & lower unit should be good also. Lots of usable parts. $100 obo I will send pics if you want them. 256 5581473 call or txt serial 0b114069 I don't know the year, but I think it is early 90's. Someone needs this thing other than me. Is it a tiller steer? What would something like that cost to fix?

It is not tiller steer. I don't know what its wrong with it. I took it on trade as a running motor, but it will not run. I don't need it, but I bet someone does

I've seen those lower units sell for over $400.... If the power head turns freely it's worth another 250 or so just as a re-buildable core...
$100 is a crazy cheap price...
Might want to put the thing on craigslist or ebay...
