This is also my grandmothers brother. He never married or had any kids. And of course never talked. If this article had never been printed it would never been known by us. I hope you can read it.

Great story thanks for sharing it . My Uncle Vertis (Lacy Vertis Taylor) was born and raised at the corner of Smith Lake Dam rd and Mill Creek rd. Went to Curry school and is buried at Mt. Joy Baptist Church.
