The only "real" restaurants in Saraland are Wintzell's and Ruby Tuesday.
The wife and I really enjoy Pintoli's for Italian, and Something Special Deli...but I guess both are actually considered to be in Satsuma rather than Saraland.
Something Special Deli is in Saraland, but I forgot about it. I have lived in Saraland 40 years and can count on 1 hand the # of times I've been in there. I don't know their hours now, but they use to be open from 11am to about 2pm (lunch only) and I can't leave work to go eat.
Pintoli's is good, though.
