We have really been hammering the hogs lately. All our thermal optics should be in this week and we will be able to start booking night hunts on farm lands. The kill totals should be awesome assuming everyone can hit! LOL

Just to set the record straight, I ended up having to get new rings for my scope. A set screw had pulled through the ring and the front was being held in place by one screw only. I put on a set of picatinny rings with six scres one each side of each ring so it shoukd never move again.
What are the benefits of a night hunt vs, a morning/evening hunt? It sounds like a lot of fun but, is it worth it?

We provide AR-10s 308 with the most awesome thermal optics. You ease around and find the pigs and stalk in close and kill as many as you can. The other plus is that pigs really start moving more at night as it heats up. Just more action.

You guys do a great job of keeping the hunts fun. An AR-10 and the green light to start killin pigs has to be fun; there just isn't any way it can't be.

Wait until I post the picture of the HOG I shot Friday night at 20 yards with the thermal scope. He topped our 300 lb scales out. Got to get some new scales!!!!

Got this big boy Friday night with the thermal optic. Shot him at no more than 20 yards. My scales top out at 300. He bottomed them out easy.

I am guessing there is about 3 maybe 3.5 inches outside the gum line. The lips really hide alot.

Normally, it takes 2" + to extend out past the lips.

Did you get that Bad Boy Buggy straightened out? Looks like about 9 miles is all I can get with two riders. That just isn't enough. I am going to have to upgrade to the Ambush to remove the range limitations. And I really hate it. The Classic is really a great buggy and super quiet.

I just got a new truck and told my wife I needed to christen with hog blood. She gave me a funny look but I have a few things cooking to hide away a few bucks without her noticing. I will be getting with you in a couple weeks to schedule my farewell hog slaying.
