Andrew Morton and myself had the idea of taking an aldeer bike ride one of these saturdays when the weather gets nice. Not really sure of the details yet but i wanted to see if any other motorcyclists might want to join us.

Pants? Who needs pants when you're on the open road??? That was a few years ago, but I also did 515 to Daytona Bike Week about a month ago in one day and the same on the return trip. I've learned that 500 is a good long day. I can and will do more than that, but would rather stop at 500 for beer!

i might could be in if im not working or have my kids if its around the cullman to clanton area. look up highway 25 or 331, great roads.

I was making more of a reference to my experience than anything else. I had ONLY a motorcycle and no car for over 3 years. At first I did it because I thought it would be cool. Once you spend that long riding with no other option when the weather is bad then it loses some of the cool factor. That and it seemed like everyone out there was trying to run me over and that was before all of the idiots texting and driving. I dont miss it one bit.
