I've hauled hay, picked corn, picked up potatoes, and worked in a potato shed where the potatoes were washed, sorted, bagged, and shipped. Every one of those were a walk in the park compared to working 12 hour night shifts in a factory that made nylon for use in carpet and rugs. I ran a machine that twisted nylon yarn together that had 150 stations going at one time and you were expected to keep them all running and those things didn't run like a cadillac if you know what I mean. Worked there during the summers while I was out of college. Hotter than 4 hells in between those machines after the blazing heat had been on that building all day. God bless the people who have to do that for a living!
