Not meaning lowest pay, but just overall worst job you've ever had.
For me it would have to be working at U.S. Steel in Fairfield, AL. I worked for a demolition contractor out of Chicago named Brandenburg. Coldest place on Earth in the winter with the wind coming through that valley and cutting you in half. In the summer it was hell on Earth and you couldn't buy a breeze with your entire paycheck. Add to all that the fact that I worked with one of the biggest azzholes to walk the face of the planet... you get the idea.

The one I have now is quickly moving up the list......
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

When I was going to Auburn I would work a quarter , then school a quarter.
I took the first job available that paid money. I hired on a construction job as a carpenter building interstate bridges near La Grange Ga in June. HOT. NO SHADE. Arsehole boss wouldn't bring any water to the job, got mad if you went to the truck to get a drink. No labor at all, just four carpenters. We had to tear down, move, build form, pour concrete ourselves.
All four of us quit the same day a week later. Got a better job the same day.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

Spent a summer working construction building a hotel in Mariana Fl. Made $6 an hour and worked like mule. At the end of every week I'd owe the boss money after I'd drank up all my check. That was 25 years ago.

Worst job I had was probably the best learning experience I ever had. I went to work at an asphalt plant the summer I graduated high school. It was hard, hot and the longest hours I have ever worked. I had 96 hours one week and averaged 80 but I learned how to rig anything. This was 1990 and the plant was built in 1972. It was rigged up like you wouldn't believe and we would do whatever it took to keep it running. I learned to half arse do just about anything from burning and welding to any type of plumbing and other mechanical work. I hated it but at the same time you had to love it in a strange way to keep doing it.

Loading hay BY HAND on a trailer and then unloading it in a barn in the Alabama heat. Too young and stupid to wear long sleeves and pants!

First summer out of highschool in 1970 I worked at Lyncoach in Troy building Ryder truck bodies. HOT, rivet guns running all dang night, and making $1.80 per hour.

Worked at a meatpacking plant in the summer. Had three "part-time" jobs (kept me off the FT payroll). Worst was repairing nasty busted wood pallets in the summer heat.

I haven't had a bad job for my "adult" life. When I was younger and didn't give a damn I worked some pretty fun jobs. Took a job at a call center that lasted about an hour and a half once. Couldn't take getting cussed out all morning.

I have been in the grocery business for 31 years now so thats all I have ever done for a profession.I am now with Mitchell grocery but I was with Brunos for 23 years.I worked all over the state of Alabama and the worste by far was MOULTON AL.!!! That town has got to be the geographical ASSHOLE of the state of Alabama.I was there ten months and hated every minute of it.My job was to go in and get their meat dept back up to speed because the guy that was there let it go down really bad.As soon as I got the problem fixed I got the hell out and headed back to Gods country,Guntersville,Al.

I think farm work is the worst and best job I have ever had. Nothin quite as nasty as picking up dead chickens and finding one that has been overlooked for a few days in the summer heat. Or climbing under a haybaler to work on something with that greasy hay falling all over you in 100 degree heat.
And now I load hay in the alabama heat for fun (maybe not fun but gratifying). And when my son gets old enough he will load hay in the alabama heat because I think its good for him, he will probably hate like I did when I was younger. But maybe when he grows up maybe he will think its fun like I do and get his son to do it.
