If that is a one time fee, that is not that bad. Just saying. We had to pay a contractor thousands to come clean up a camp that a group left after their lease was terminated for breaking the rules.

I am not saying that some things are getting a little high these days but it is capitalism at its best. If you don't pay it, someone else will. That is not the company's fault, that is the markets' and your peers' fault.

Many times when you see fees incurred, it is response to an event that cost a company money. These companies are not The United Way, they are for profit companies.
