Yeah, I've been reading about it this morning. Crazy how many cabins it's getting! Can't help but to get them. Wood cabins built on top of one another. That's why we quit going up there...you can't "get away".

Yeah, I've been reading about it this morning. Crazy how many cabins it's getting! Can't help but to get them. Wood cabins built on top of one another. That's why we quit going up there...you can't "get away". There are still a few "get away" cabins. Hopefully the fire doesn't get my favorite.

Anyone know the proximity of the fire? Agree with the "get away" cabin. Hard to find those. I've stayed near Wears Valley and some cabins behind Dollywood.

Black Bear Ridge and Trappers Ridge. Started with a single cabin fire, spread to others, then the surrounding woods caught up and it's spread to over 400 acres now.
