I'm 6'1 225 with a 34" waist. I need to be about 15 pounds lighter but I'd look like a cancer patient at less than 200. That must be one tight belt!  Lol. Not really. I don't have a gut and other than the year or two following my divorce i've stayed in decent shape. The biggest i've ever been was after my divorce and I got to 240 and a 36" waist. I'm about 6'1" @ 195 and wear a loose 34" in the waist, and you totin' a button buck more than me and still get in 34".  Them babys gotta be tight!
