Without knowing the details, I'm willing to bet that LE is going to say this is a civil matter, best settled by people acting as adults, or in some sort of civil court as a last resort. Leave the talk of warrarnts and arrests out of it.
Certainly if it was a legitimate complaint, it won't get settled on Aldeer.
It did have potential for Aldeer soap opera status however. Kudos to Spoiler for taking the high road. Amen

OMGoodness! I'm laughing at some of the postings... we have some very talented characters on Aldeer.  I will say this. I know Tim and I know none of this is funny to him and I can't imagine him doing anything unethical or criminal. I hope things work themselves out. Tim, chest-bump brother.

When I was a teenager and could drive and avoid certain family functions or things of that nature that I had been asked to attend my mother always told me that I was conspicuous by my absence! Aldeer has always been a big dysfunctional family. I don't know spoiler personally and I don't know the circumstances or the poster who posted this but if it was me I know for a fact I wouldn't ignore it. TChunter has pictures of my feet that could be used against me in a court of law.
