Tim PM'd me and shared his side. I told him he needed to post it here. He said he wasn't going to resort to arguing with this guy and he already had taken up too much of his time.
Tim has given an explanation that makes sense to me. I'm inclined to think that it may be closer to the truth than what has been posted so far.
Like I said, it's best to just let things take their course and let the dust settle before judging what the truth may be, especially in the eyes of the law.
