I would say that you mods have probably seen the evidence...and the fact that the thread is still allowed says a little something.
That being said..we need to let it play out before we pass judgment either way.
I personally have not seen any evidence what-so-ever. I also don't know of anyone who has seen any evidence.

Not sure of the situation, Clem..... BUT, that is also not always the case, either. If he paid for a full year's access, and did not receive a refund, then he may very well still have access. Hunting Club Rules are not legal documents in most cases. Again, I have NO idea as to what is going on!!! I did just have a friend go through a similar situation though. And was taken to Court. He was allowed access to the property until the term of his membership had expired. LOL - Quick Delete, Clem! You got me!!

Tim PM'd me and shared his side. I told him he needed to post it here. He said he wasn't going to resort to arguing with this guy and he already had taken up too much of his time.
Tim has given an explanation that makes sense to me. I'm inclined to think that it may be closer to the truth than what has been posted so far.
Like I said, it's best to just let things take their course and let the dust settle before judging what the truth may be, especially in the eyes of the law.
