Until he is arrested and convicted, these are nothing but allegations without evidence. Until then, it's probably best that people reserve final judgement of what's going on.
Remember, just because it's on the internet, doesn't mean it's true. Same goes for pics as well. Maybe there's a legal explanation, and maybe there isn't.
Personally, I'm waiting to see what the law does. If they feel like there's enough evidence to arrest and go forward with prosecution, then I'd say that it's not looking good for Tim.
I'm not taking up for him at all. I just think that we can be very quick to jump to conclusions if we are not careful, myself included.
