Gillman gained unlawful access through a locked gate, and proceeded to steal and vandalize club property in Monroe County. This is not an opinion, it's a fact. We have indisputable photographic evidence of the crime in progress and a warrant will be issued for his arrest and charges to follow. We wanted to notify folks on this forum before anyone made the mistake of unknowingly allowing this person into their club. We've been operating a family oriented club there now for 22 years and we've never had a problem like this. If I could figure out how to post his pic here I would as a courtesy. If anyone needs it just reply with an email addy and I'll send you his pic. Thank you.

My money would be on this being BS or Tim having a good reason for doing whatever he did.

I feel that he had problems with members,got outta the club and went to get his stuff after being threatened that he couldn't step foot on the property.Cut a lock got his belongings and now he's getting slammed for it.This is just my take on it as I can't see spoiler goin in and vandalizing anything.Im sure Hes got a logical explanation.

If that is the case then I'd have done the same thing and if they started smearing my name I'd lay low long enough that I wouldn't be the one suspected when I got even plus some.

Until then, it's probably best that people reserve final judgement of what's going on. Remember, just because it's on the internet, doesn't mean it's true. Same goes for pics as well. Maybe there's a legal explanation, and maybe there isn't. Personally, I'm waiting to see what the law does. If they feel like there's enough evidence to arrest and go forward with prosecution, then I'd say that it's not looking good for Tim. I'm not taking up for him at all. I just think that we can be very quick to jump to conclusions if we are not careful, myself included.

I would say that you mods have probably seen the evidence...and the fact that the thread is still allowed says a little something. Most people are in the middle of lease terms. Unless there was a cancellation in midterm one would assume members would still have access.
The OP better have done his homework. I could see this one going both ways now that he is on the hook for possible slander.
