Not so much for the "no money" down part, but more for the rest of the course, figuring property rehab and period costs, costs of acquisition, and his property management techniques, as well as the legal forms and rehab forms portfolio. Id look on Ebay for it.

I got that course 21 years ago..and Ive been a real estate investor ever since. I think youll like it.
Also his No Money down techiniques can work right now as some people are looking to bail on properties.
Heck, Im closing on a real nice 1800 square foot home on friday. 3 br 2 ba..One owner...it will be a rental. Real nice area too.
