I wish our club would do something like this. We kill around 60 does/year with around 20 members and 50 plots. Approx 50 of the does were killed on plots.
Maybe not allowing any does killed on plots is too much. Maybe only allow one doe/membership be killed from a plot? And only one doe/plot max?
I don't know, just seems less shooting on the plot would result in more deer on the plots in daylight later in the season which would result in more bucks visiting the plots in daylight hours during the rut.
