I would think regardless if you hunt the deer on the plots or in the woods going to the plots, they are still going to get the point of whats going on. If you hunt the woods on a trail leading to the plot and hammer the deer, then wouldn't they stop using that trail, just as they would if you popped them on the plot. Logic would say that the easier you can get in and get out the less pressured the deer would be, regardless of where you are hunting?? Side Note I don't know what the hell I'm talking about but it sounds good Does sound good, when I quit seeing them on a trail I move to another one. So do you hang stands on various trails and hunt them with the wind and change up the pressure? Absolutely! That's why I use a climber more than permanent stands.
