Am I wrong.. or can you not already run a feeder... and hunt near the feeder as long as you arent in view of the feeder or hunting a trail leading to the feeder? Dont know law verbage but right or wrong... we run feeders and just make sure stands arent near them.
if you can watch deer going to a feeder you are using bait illegally
even if you cannot physically see the feeder.
