I never was a believer in the necklaces and bracelets like the pro athletes wear, however I have bad knees and my meniscus in both knees are messed up. After an hour on the tractor (engaging clutch)or long days work just overusing my knee in general they would hurt. One day it was so bad I was in a sporting goods storw and thought what the heck, Ive blown $20 on a lot worse. I bought a Phitan necklace and rarely do I have a day that my knees have pain since the purchase. It may be in my head who knows but Ill take it over the pain any day. I bought my mother (meniscus also) one after that and she said it helped her also. That being said I still cant run the tractor all day without pain.
