I just read thru the post that too much gas could kill. I wonder if the guy is on any prescription drugs somebody had a post on here awhile back that most of the mass shootings the killer was on nerve/anti depressant medication

Use ground penetrating radar to determine MOC and thickness of the bunker roof and walls. Its probably wooden. Slowly and quietly dig by hand along the back wall when background noise allows. Neighbors said the bunker is covered in sand. Cover hole with tarp to keep ambient light out. Use NV goggles and chip away at the wood until you get a sliver of a crack that you can see through. Wait until his back is towards the boy and far enough away and unload a SMG into him. The wall is no match for FMJ and is easily penetrated. First round clears path for the rest.

Yeah it's a pipe dream, but it could be done.

That child needs to be rescued.

If that guy they keep putting on the TV is in charge, then he's barely qualified to breach a bag of donuts.

ya'll remember the Dothan(I think) hostage situation several years ago where the wanna be "sniper" shot the hostage??? Screw up from hail.....

I hope they talk this guy out of there or at least into releasing the kid. I know after three days of his crying I'd let him go....

I'm thinking you are correct. At a shopping mall and the "sniper" shot the female hostage, killing her.

when the first shot is fired in a hostage situation it's like dropping the tailgate on a dog hunt...all PLANS are out the window.

The Enterprise sniper shooting was an accidental shot. The marksman was bee-stung and flinched as he broke the shot. Tragic that he killed the hostage, but amazing that he hit either of them.

They know its 6x8. I still think they need to slowly release some sleeping gas in there. Maybe at night while they are sleeping anyhow.

Really? Dang. What are the odds of that? Something that was just "meant to be"...

Bee, yellow fly, something like that...I was the sniper team commander in Andalusia at the time, so it was something we looked at very closely for awhile.

1993 sounds about right, and it was in the parking lot of a shopping center. (Long time ago, and a lot of rough miles, since then!) Bad guy was wanted for sexual abuse, or something like that...should have been an easy shot, like 100 feet or so. There was also some controversy about the rifle/ammo used, like maybe a sporting rifle or sporting ammo, which didn't interest us much, as we used custom, purpose-made Parker Hale's and Hornady Custom Match ammo. We never did get access to the shooter (which was probably as it should be, I understand he was having a pretty tough time with it), but we had access to the debrief, etc...
