Extending rifle season is only going to give meat hunters more time to kill small bucks They should only extend bow season like most states do and go to a tag system or mandatory check station so people will quit killing over their limits of bucks I know people who still kill ten or twenty bucks a year and then complain they don't ever see big bucks and they wonder why
so gun hunters are meat hunters but bow hunters arent. Ive saw plenty of bow kills that were spikes and it was somehow more ok cause he used a bow and "it made it more challengng" I say just have a deer season on private land nov7-feb 7th or somewhere around that and let folks have the freedom to use what they want on private land. Folks are too whiney espicially when it comes to bows.i
