The shooter is reportedly a 65 year old man that was to be on trial tomorrow for menacing. He asked the bus driver to allow the 6 year old child/children off the bus. The bus driver refused and was shot and has since died. The 65 year old shooter is in a bunker behind his house. I haven't heard if the child has been released or not. The shooter has supposedly told LEO's that he has no intentions of hurting the child.
