She got her first deer! It was a doe, we had 12 and they started to smell us so we had to hurry. She dropped her in her tracks and then I shot a little doe. Am in the car and would love to send some pics to a cell to put on here!

I see one thing that concerns me in your PICS. Look at where the muzzle of her rifle is pointing in the deer kill PICS.
Always keep the muzzle of any weapon pointed away from you and treat every weapon as if it is always loaded.
Ya'll have fun but be careful.

Ya'll have fun but be careful. Noticed that too. Accidents can happen quickly. You're young and learning, so watch where that barrel is pointed. I don't care if the bolt is out of it. It only takes a second to screw up a life. Not to kill your buzz here, but you can make a mistake in 5 seconds that will last the rest of your life. Be careful.

Appreciate all the comments guys, I never even thought about that in the picture, but I knew better than to make a silly mistake like that, I've been taught by my grandfather and he's always told me safety first. I was just so excited she got that first deer and it was a great ending to an awesome season. I was able to get one great buck, an 8 with my grandfather, and 5 does. Now I'm looking forward to turkey season, I love turkey hunting even more than deer hunting. 47 days till march 15!

Just my opinion, from a slightly envious guy. I wish my wife wanted to go hunting.
I do too SOMETIMES but not all the time but I can't eve get her to do that.
If your decoy doesnt have holes in it, your not letting him get close enough... J.H.
