And if the deer will stop crossing County lines when they rut or will the same deer be "safe" because he followed a doe across that imaginary line? I can see the Gubments solution now to install 2 faced sign on posts every 50 yards along the County line with "No rutting until Fedruary 1st" on one side and "No rutting after January 31st" on the other side. Of course it would have to be written in whitetail language so the deer will know which county they can rut in and when!!!!!!
