Planning to be in the woods this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon. Been playing a little cat and mouse game with a big and old doe that needs to be taken out. She's a very wise ol gal - I'll give her that.
If I don't get a chance to take her out I plan to let her be my babay girl's first deer. Hope to have pics soon!! Good luck and hunt safe guys!

No luck for me guys, been hunting hard, close but no closed deals, bucks are starting to scrape and I have 9 days off staring next saturday will get er done and put some points on the board

I have a lot of off time coming up and hope to put some points down. Had wife and kids with me the past few times I've been in the woods and haven't seen anything. It should pick up soon!!

Good job - CONGRATS!
I've been passing on the does trying to get my wife and daughter their first deer this year. I'm about to lay one or two down next chance I get. Time to get some meat!
Working all weekend, but will be out in the woods mon and tues.

Thanks, man. Passed up a lot of does this year trying to get my wife and kids one. They've had a few opportunities, and misses..lol, but it's been a great year for us. Told them I wasn't passing the next one I saw, so there she is! Still waiting one the right chance to hunt a buck I'm after.

I don't know how to link to my post from the General forum, but my baby girl got two this weekend. Story, pics, and video are all there. I saw that man and congrats on a great season with family. That is what it's all about!! My wife is just now getting into it and hopefully I can get my daughter interested as well. Cant wait for them to go and put something down.
