When I bought my house (back in October), I bought EVERYTHING on the property - furniture, dishes, etc. One of the things I really liked was this old, antique sewing machine table. It had been "re-done" at some point, but they used cheap paneling for the tabletop...I had some old barn wood (oak - obviously, red and white oak; I thought it was all white oak before planing it) at the farm, so I planed the wood down to 1" thick and used it for the new tabletop. I'm gonna use it for my patio table Before:   After:

The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...

I like your style, I made this one last year and I made one for my stepmoms Christmas present last year that was a singer with the treadle still on it. It is awesome. I wish I had kept the one I gave her.
